I have had a few homeowner\'s contact me concerning the removal of tree branches.  I visited with the board members on this issue.  And, they advised me that it was the individual homeowner\'s responsibility to either do it themselves or to contract it done.  They also advised that you may check with your insurance to see if you may have this type of coverage.
