To all non-daylight walker\'s and jogger\'s, WE CAN NOT SEE YOU.  We have had many complaints about some near misses.  Please at a minimum wear reflective clothing as well as carry a flashlight with you so you can be seen.  We want to keep everyone in the neighborhood safe.
