Please see the document listed under "Documents" titled "A Reminder About Payment Policies & Late Fees". The Board of Directors sets the policies not the staff. Please keep this in mind when calling to discuss a fee you've been assessed. This policy was updated in June of 2003 so it is NOT a new policy, it's just now found here for your reference.
