Just an FYI to watch your mail for a letter from the Antelope Valley Improvement & Service District, explaining about the proposed new covenants.  Included will be a letter and a copy of the new proposed covenants.  Our hope is after you read the proposed covenants that you will see it has been written with updated policies that will help you, the homeowner.  There will be a representative at the Antelope Valley Baptist Church on July 22-24th from 6-8 p.m. for homeowners to come over and sign these new covenants and again from July 27-30th from 6-8 p.m.   Carol also has copies at the AVI&SD Office, 6304 Irving Blvd., if you would like to stop by there and sign also.  We need all of your support to keep Antelope Valley a "nice" place to live, with Good Property Values!  Thank you!
