The District Election will be held at the AV Baptist Church on Tuesday, November 3rd, 2009.  The polls will be open from 9 am til 2 pm.  If there is anyone that would like to vote but can not make it to the polling place during these hours please contact Sarah & request an absentee ballot.  Absentee ballots can only be sent out 25 days prior to the actual election.  So, there will be no absentee ballots mailed out any sooner than October 15th.  Sarah can be notified before then, she will just put your name & address on the list & then will mail them out on appropriate date.  The absentee ballots must be turned in to the office no later than the day of election (which is November 3rd).  To get them back in, you may mail them back, put them in the drop box or bring them to the office.  If you have any questions please contact Sarah at the office or email her at avisd@vcn.com.
