Payment Box Removed

The payment drop box at the Big D/KWIK Shop has been removed. The bill will still need to be made out to Antelope Valley, but you will now mail it to The Water Guy, PO Box 7189, Gillette, WY 82717. Be sure and watch your bills as they will also be offering a drop spot soon.
